## From an off-the-shelf tool to a platform of their own

### The challenge

Talk360 lets millions of people in over 180 countries call internationally at low rates. They started on an off-the-shelf SaaS solution from a third party, but it couldn't keep up with their growth. To scale and shape their own product, they wanted to own their software and source code outright.

### What we built

They built that platform together with us. Among other things, we built their new Payment Portal from the ground up. We focused on the most important features, so Talk360 could launch fast and well.

### The result

Talk360 could scale, kept control of the product and became full owner of their software. In the end, the platform was successfully handed over into their own management.
